These terms govern your use of solvicraft.solvitrontech.com and your purchase of products from SolviCraft Leather, a venture of Solvitron Technologies. Please read them before placing an order.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By browsing this website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Products & Materials
- All SolviCraft products are made from 100% genuine full-grain or top-grain leather. We do not use bonded leather, PU or any synthetic substitute.
- Leather is a natural material. Variations in grain, texture, shade and markings are inherent characteristics, not defects — no two pieces will be identical.
- Leather develops a patina and softens with use. This is expected ageing, not deterioration.
- Product images are photographed as accurately as possible, but colour may appear slightly different depending on your screen.
3. Pricing, GST & Payment
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST.
- Every order is issued a GST tax invoice showing per-item HSN codes and a CGST/SGST or IGST breakup, suitable for input tax credit claims.
- Delivery is complimentary on orders above ₹999. Below this, a delivery charge applies as shown at checkout.
- Cash on Delivery orders carry an additional logistics handling fee, displayed before you confirm.
- We accept payment by credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking and wallets via Razorpay, and Cash on Delivery.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices without prior notice. Prices confirmed at the time your order is placed will be honoured.
4. Orders & Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including where a product is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, or the delivery address is outside our serviceable area. If we decline a prepaid order, the amount paid will be returned to your original payment method.
Providing a valid alternate contact number is mandatory at checkout, so our courier partner can reach you if your primary number is unavailable.
5. Product Warranty
Eligible products carry a manufacturer warranty against genuine manufacturing defects. The applicable warranty period — ranging from 3 months up to 2 years depending on the product — is stated on the product page and printed on your GST tax invoice.
Warranty covers:
- Stitching failure under normal use
- Hardware defects — zippers, buckles, rivets, clasps
- Structural manufacturing faults
Warranty does not cover:
- Natural leather characteristics including patina, grain variation and shade differences
- Physical, accidental or water damage
- Normal wear and tear, scratches and scuffs from everyday use
- Damage caused by improper storage, cleaning agents or unauthorised repair
6. Replacement Policy
We offer a 3-Day Damage Replacement Guarantee. If your item arrives damaged, raise a replacement request within 3 days of delivery with clear photo or video proof. Approved claims are replaced free of charge, with our courier delivering the new item and collecting the original at the same time.
We do not offer refunds. Please review your order carefully before confirming. Full details are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
7. Your Account
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information at checkout.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent activity or misuse of our replacement policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including the SolviCraft Leather name, logo, product photography, descriptions, design and code — is the property of Solvitron Technologies and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it commercially without our written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any product is limited to the value of that product as paid by you. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or data, arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
